Since the World University Games are not included in Fencing’s Annual Calendar for Training and Competition (ACTC) preparations, the competitors will have the opportunity to compete internationally.

As a result, SAI has agreed to provide funds for the athletes as a unique circumstance. The competition’s 31st edition is planned to take place from July 28 to August 8.

Hardeep, a race walker from NCOE Bengaluru, and Khyati, a high jumper, are other NCOE athletes who have qualified for the World University Games. Shivangi Chanambam and Parsida Nongmaithem are taekwondo competitors from NCOE Trivandrum. Sanma Brahma, a Wushu practitioner from NCOE Itanagar, is also one of the participants.
