Telangana chief minister congratulates medalists Nikhat Zareen and Nandini

<p>The boxer Nikhat Zareen and the athlete Agasara Nandini from Telangana won gold at the Asian Games in China in boxing and the heptathlon, respectively, and Telangana Chief Minister K. <p>He complimented the medal winners for honoring India and giving honor to Telangana.</p>

<p>In the current Asian Games’ heptathlon, Agasara Nandini won bronze. She is the lone Telangana state athlete to have competed in athletics in the Asian Games. At Telangana Social Welfare Residential Women’s Degree College, Sangareddy, she is enrolled in the second year of the BBA program.</p>
<p>She attended Gurukul School in Narsingi till the tenth grade.</p>
<p>Nandini is a member of the Athletics Academy’s first class at the Telangana Social Welfare Welfare Residential Education Institution Society.</p>
<p>Her tea business owner father Yallaiah enrolled his daughter in the Gurukula school.</p>
<p>Along with succeeding in her schoolwork, she shown a unique interest in athletics. At several international contests, Nandini constantly gave her best effort and won praise.</p>
<p>At the age of twelve, Nikhat Zareen competed in a sporting event in Nizamabad. After the illustrious Mary Kom in the senior women’s boxing division, she became the second Indian fighter to win the World Championship more than once.</p>
<p>Both football and cricket are played by Nikhat’s father. He taught his four girls how to play sports since he is an athlete.</p>
